Follow candidates through pipeline. Provide analysis on first and last touch, time candidate has spent in various stages, and more insights to help recruiting teams maximize efficiency
1. Connect to your customer's ATS
Your customer authorizes your application to access their ATS via an OAuth or similar authorization flow through Merge Link.
2. Complete an initial import
Using Merge, ingest active applications and their current stage.
3. Track candidate journey
Track touchpoints with the candidate (activities) and movement in the hiring pipeline through the current_stage under GET /Applications.
Use Merge webhooks to be instantly notified when any data changes.
4. Track candidate outcomes
Use the GET /offers and /reject reasons to track which candidates are hired and rejected.
5. Provide analysis and insights
Use Merge data to generate insights and recommendations to your customer to provide opportunities for improvement to the talent pipeline.
