GET /employees, /employments, /location, and /groups to pull an employee roster including demographic and pay data.
Use Scopes to limit what employee data is synced.
3. Analyze employee data
Use the data to complete an analysis on pay and opportunity data and how it related to sex, gender, age, ethnicity, and location.
4. Surface up the results to your customer
Use the results to report insights in your product to your customer.
